Dear Dr. Williams,
Thank you for your note.
Whilst we are interested in taking matters further, I
must insist that you sign a temporary Oath of
Allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The Special Operations Department of Her Majesty's
Foreign and Commonwealth Office handles all matters
relating to the UK's national interest both at home
and abroad.
Therefore, security and discretion are paramount. In
any case, I wish to see that you get exactly what you
deserve and swearing an Oath, which will prove your
genuine intentions (though I have an idea what these
are) and commitment to this cause.
Are you prepared to do this?
MARTINS WILLIAMS
Dear Mrs Agatha Bristol,
I receive your mail all contents well noted with
thanks.
First, let me refer you back once again to my first
ever mail which is the proposal i sent you regarding
this contract which was awarded to my ministry two
years ago.
Please note that i am a man of age of 51yrs old, with
my wife and 5 children,i will not want you to
jeopardise me hence i will always be straight with
you regarding concluding this business ok.
Secondly regarding your mail that i will swaer an
oath before you now believe what i am saying,i think
it wil be more better we sign aggrement stating that
we have agree to work together regarding concluding
this business together,as myself have my partners
down here and we are still in active service which
will give up our job upon conclussion of this
business with,so if you really want to work with us
i think we both has to be straight to each other
otherwise we can not get what we want.
Her majesty as you do say,is she the one i'm
directing all this mails to or to some other
person?.please i demand you give me your telephone
numbers for me to give you a call immediately today.
Waiting for your urgent reply.
Regards,
Dr Martins Williams.

Dear Dr. Martins,
Thank you for your note.
Please address me as Lady Agatha. My marital status is
not your concern.
Whilst I appreciate your thoughts regarding the Oath
of Allegiance, I must remind you that you approached
us with this rather unorthodox approach.
You are potentially dealing with the Royal Family, Dr.
Williams. Discrection and confidentiality are assured.
But we must insist on the Oath of Allegiance.
Please do reply as soon as possible.
Yours ever,
Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

My dear Dr. Martins,
Thank you for your e-mail.
Your little attachment was most endearing, but whilst
it outlines our agreement in princple it does not
offer any type of reassurance to us.
You simply must sign a temporary Oath of Allegiance as
I advised you before, old chap.
Are you prepared to do this? I have to tell you that
Chief Um Bongo is ready to sign.
Please advise me as soon as possible.
Yours ever,
Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London
[ The Oath! We want The Oath! Don't you?]
MARTINS WILLIAMS
Dear Lady Agatha Bristol,
I receive your mail and thank you for the reply.
I am worried that after sending you the memorandum
of understaing that you are still not ok with it,i
don't what you want me to do my sister hence i told
you earlier that i am a man of age and will not want
anything to jeopardise this business.
I will suggest you give me your telephone number so
that i will call you from here immediately for us to
talk on phone for better understanding.
Regards,
Dr Martins Williams.
AGATHA BRISTOL
Dear Dr. Williams,
Thank you for your note.
Earlier in our correspondence, I gave you the
instructions for taking a Temporary Oath of
Allegiance.
I shall do so again here:
Type out the following text, sign it and include your
photograph. E-mail the document to me.
'I, Dr. Martins Williams, being of sound mind, on this
day.......<enter date>.......do by humble merkin swear
total allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in
all fey twiglets appertaining to Her Right Royal
Business'
Do hurry up, old chap. Mr Abacha called me this
morning with a remarkably similiar scheme to your own.
And please don't refer to me as your sister - let us
keep this professional, please.
Yours ever,
Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London
