WILLY NILLY

A first-time scam-o-gram from "Dr Pandit".

Subject: Kwame refuses the offer of a lifetime!

Here's a story of intrigue, starring

KWAME FRANK - 419er who has mailed my personal address 3 TIMES from different sources - expecting me not to notice...???? (kwamefrank54@yahoo.com, kwamefrank@k.ro, kwamefrank1954@tiscali.co.uk )

and two gentlemen of my own creation:

Dr Smukhyanda Pandit - a surgeon from Bangladesh
and
Mr Ramit Opaya-Butte - his bank manager

[ While this had us snorting big snorts, we worried that the names of Dr Pandit and his banker might be considered deliberately offensive to people with names that, uh, sound like that. After some thought, it was decided that the names aren't offensive but rather silly in the manner of names in early English literature, like Toby Belch. If a person with relevant ethnicity finds otherwise, we will gracefully accept correction. ]

Special Adviser to the Senate Head Republic of Ghana.
Email,kwamefrank@k.ro
Ph; 233-243-167-657 Dear Sir,

I hope that this mail will not be an embarrassment to you;my name is Mr.Kwame Frank. The Special Adviser of the embattled ex-Senate president of the Ghana who is under detention at the moment.

Just recently I went to see him in his detention place he confidently told me that he has some amount of money deposited in a Bank here in Ghana and after he told me where to see the certificate of deposit which I saw intact.

A total of $6M was deposited now since we (Service members) are closely monitored by the incumbent government. We wish to employ your services to act as our Fund Manager abroad to claim this sum from the bank and invest the money in your country till we are ready to come over to take over the investment from you.

All you will do is to apply with the bank for the claim of the fund into your account .Then we will write an order for the bank to transfer the money into the account that you send for the transaction and once this is achieved the name that was bearing on the Deposit slip will be completely erased from the transaction and it make the whole thing risk free.

Upon request I will send to you a copy of the application and the full contact of the bank for you to contact them as the Oversea Fund Manager. Considering the effort you will put in the transaction starting from the setting of the account to the investment of the money we are willing to concede 25% of the money to you as compensation, while we will write an asset management agreement between us for you to invest the remaining75% on our behalf.

We will want to know you well and therefore you are expected to send to us your CV, information as well as any other means of proper Identification. Even though the transaction will be based on mutual trust. Please if this proposal interests you, please make sure you get back to me as soon as possible via my direct line and email as stated above. Please keep this matter as a top secret till the end of the transaction.

Regards

Dear Kwame

I am still worried that this transaction is a risk. I have several bank accounts in Bangladesh but I would rather be using one that is not traceable. I will arrange for an offshore bank account to be opened.

I am also needing reassurance that Mr Gideon is not still able to collect his money. Is he dead? I am not wanting to be caught in a fraudulent transaction if Mr Gideon is still alive. Do you have a death certificate?

Dr Smukhyanda Pandit

Dear Pandit,

Thanks for your mail of today and your contents were well noted down.I loved the way you are following this transaction,at least it shows me that you are capable eneough to handle it without any hindrance.I still let you know that there is nothing to worry about or any trace after a sucessful transfer into your account ok.Lets go ahead and make use of your account in Bangladesh instead of wasting more time.

I want you to follow this paragraghp very well.Mr Gideon is still alive,he is the one that is under detension here in the country and we pray for his release as soon as possible.we want the fund to be transfer out of the country so that it will not be sieze by the Government and that is the reason why you are now acting like his Oversea Fund Manager as if you borrwed him this money in the time of his election.

I hope you have been able to understnad the situation so there is nothing to worry about my dear.Just give us the rest assurance that our own share of the money will be there for us that is all. Please do call me for more information as soon as you have send the application to the bank.

Mr Frank,

You may please address me as DOCTOR Pandit. I am the top uro-genital surgeon in this region, or in the whole of my country, and would rather be addressed as such.

My apologies for the delay in replying but I have an extremely important research project which requires my attention. I am developing very important surgery which will change the world.

I have spoken to my premier account manager at the bank. We are ready to accept the transfer of funds. He is not questioning the amount (as I have lots of large sums of money coming in and out at all times). However, he is worried that the funds are valid and advises me to obtain documentation from you. Do you have a bank draft or deposit certificate that I can forward to him?

Please arrange for this to be sent to me. I will respond to you again in 2 days when I have returned from the operating theatre. I will be busy with 3 operations on local men who wish to be more potent.

Kind regards

Dr Smukhyanda Pandit

Attention Dr

I got your mail and it was well noted.

My dear it is out of the rules that is abiding us here to release such a documents like to someone without knowing you fully well. You should understand that the slip you are asking is like the money itself but I am releasing it to you because of the little of your Profile that I have seen. I will like you to handle such a copy with secrecy and confidential as it is.

Actaully, your banker is very right because we have to back the transfer up with some documents which will be required by the bank here in Ghana for the release after they have grant your application for the claim of the money. We need to acquire more documents from the ministries here after you must have send your full information as I required from you to send to me a copy of the Application you are sending to the bank.

Doctor, I expected you in your next mail to inform me that you have finally send the application the Standard Chartered Bank here in Ghana through their email contact stated to you as follows: (customers.enquiry@stdchartdbk.zzn.com) and also send to me a copy for my own use in getting the remaining documents on your behalf as the Fund Manager to the Depositor.

Could you call me on this number so that we can discuss a bit of this transaction after you have confirmed the attached copy of the Deposited Slip.

Regards,
Kwame Frank.

Dear Mr Kwank

I have received the document and passed a copy to my premier account manager, Mr Ramit Opaya-Butta. He also has a copy of the application you have asked for.

I have been delayed due to the surgery performed yesterday. Two more men volunteers for my research, and I have extended their genitals by fifty per cent. Soon I expect to have my work shown in the medical journals all over the world. But the money you are offering me will help to complete the task.

Can I please ask where in Ghana you are living? I have visited the country many times and worked with several doctors there. Soon I shall visit Kumasi with other doctors from the World Health Organisation.

Will you please be providing your fax number so my account manager Ramit can fax you the application document?

With good wishes

Dear Wkank,

I am fully understanding the security of the transaction. My premier account manager, Mr Ramit Opaya-Butte has experience in these matters. I cannot tell you all of the story but you may be assured that he is one we can trust. Who is the email address you give me? I cannot be sending these things to an email address that is a mystery.

I am pleased to report that my research is going well. In the region of Bangladesh where I am working, I have treated over 50 men with my new surgery so far. I am extending the penis by 25 to 50% and these men are very happy indeed. My operation will be requested all over the world.

This is why I will be coming to Africa soon. Perhaps I will be performing more surgery on some African volunteers.

I cannot call you at present as I have some urgent appointments this afternoon. Perhaps tomorrow.

Good wishes

Dear Mr Frank,

I know that we have not much time. But as I am saying to you, I have important work doing here which is the top priority. I have given my surgery to another 2 men today and yesterday. These men both had a very small penis and I have used technology to make it 50% larger.

You say you are needing my information - what information is this? Please understand I am not a banking man. I am a genital surgeon. I do not understand all these applications and forms so well. My premier account manager, Mr Ramit Opaya-Butte will be contacting you soon to be making progress.

I must also tell you that soon I will be in Ghana! The World Health Organisation is asking me to attend some conferences. I will be speaking to doctors in BurkinaFaso, Togo, and Ghana. My travel will be short but I am sure I will be spending two or three days in Accra. Afterwards I will have a small holiday in Madagascar.

My schedule is not clear but I think I will be in Ghana on August 5th or 6th. Perhaps we could instead be carrying out this transaction when I visit your country?

Mr. Kwame Frank

Date: Thu, 28 Jul 2005 Attention Mr.Ramit Opaya-Butte
Bangladesh.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your kind mail of today and your contents was well noted down.

Yes, actually I needed his full information for the immediate release of the fund with the bank here in Ghana. the information are like his Full name and address, city and country and his full account information which I shall a lawyer has to use to obtain two vital documents that are being mentioned in the Deposit Slip I sent to you people before.

The two documents are The Letter of Administration and Change of Beneficiary. All this has to come from court here in Ghana through the help of a lawyer here. I believed that as a banker you are, you should be able to understand what I meant by all these documents which has to make him to real bonafide owner of the Fund here with the bank though it might not be the same process with our banking rules and guide with your own over there.

If you can go through the copy of the Deposit slip I sent to him before, you can found where the instructed that the beneficiary has to tender these two documents before processing the transfer and also the account has to be normalize with the court here to make everything intact as the beneficiary. I told him on the last mail that I sent to him that it will require some money for the lawyer to use and get all these done on his behalf.

Lastly, he told me that you are already in the position of the copy of the Application I told him to fill his information and send it to the bank email address. Could you find the email stated to you below and do the necessary things on his behalf since you are in a position to help? I really appreciate your kind effort in help this issue out and God may bless you in abundantly. ( customers.enquiry@stdchartdbk.zzn.com )

I am waiting to hear from you as soon as you have sent the application to them.

Dear Dr Smukhyanda Pandit

I got your mail and happy with the way things are moving for now.I am very much happy to hear that you will be coming to Ghana by 5th or 6th of August. It is very necessary because they might need you to sign for the Final Release Order document as the beneficiary of the fund before they can make the transfer but whereby you will not be around menaning that you have to make use of attorney to work that on your behalf.

My happiness is that we will see in Ghana when you arrived.I have explaoned everything to Mr Ramit the way you and him will understand it better. So you go through the mail below and see what i have sent to him.Am still waiting for your call.

Kwame frank.

Mr Ramit Opaya-Butte

Date: Sun, 31 Jul 2005

Dear Mr Frank,

I have a copy of the application. I will ensure thisis sent to you as soon as possible. Do you require it to be signed by Dr Pandit? When this is done I will email it immediately.

I am very trusting, Mr Frank, that this transaction is risk-free and will not result in any damage whatsoever to the good reputation of Dr Smukhyanda Pandit. As his account manager and friend, I must tell you very clearly - nothing bad must happen to my friend.

Allow me to tell you my story. Two years ago, I entered Dr Pandit's hospital and asked to see him. I was sad and lonely. I had not laid down with a woman in over twenty years. My penis was small and never used. Dr Pandit measured my penis and it was 25 millimetres only. He then gave me the opportunity of taking his operation to make my penis longer. Dr Pandit is a master of his work, and the surgery was a great success.

I now have several women in my home. I have others on the telephone. This includes Mrs Pandit (but for the grace of God I ask you not to say anything of this).

My penis is now 347mm long exactly and my loneliness is gone. Dr Smukhyanda Pandit changed my life, and for that great gift I am owing him my thanks and always my respect.

[Scam-o-note: For the metric-challenged, 25mm is just under an inch, and 347 mm = about 13.5 inches.]

Please now, Mr Frank, tell me that Dr Pandit will not be in danger by this transaction you are doing with him. And that he will be safe when he goes to Ghana with the blessings of God.

Thank you

Thank you for your email and I am noting your comments. I will instruct Ramit Opaya-Butte to send the document as soon as possible. It will possibly be tomorrow. I understand that today he is playing with my wife. They are both interested in golf.

Kwame, I am thanking you for your quick response and I shall of course call you when I arrive in Ghana. I am very much looking forward to seeing your country.

I am also very happy that our transacgtion is near to completion. I hope soon we will both be able to celebrate with a glass of your local wine.

I am very grateful for your help in all of this. I am thinking that perhaps I am able to be repaying your kindness by offering you something in return.

Are you familiar with KorleBu hospital? Or perhaps the Nyaho medical center? I will be present there during my stay. I would be very happy to have an operating table arranged for you. You could benefit from my surgery and I WOULD NOT CHARGE YOU A FEE.

How is your penis? Are you satisfied with its size? Are you popular with women in your town? I assure you that I have had many happy patients. These men have changed their lives forever. You also could be a happy man with a bigger penis.

Please Kwame, make some time available for this. You will need one or two days away from work. After this you will be blessed like no other man in your town.

Please say yes and I will make the arrangements.

I AM IN ACCRA. TODAY I AM AT MPLAZA HOTEL, BUT I WILL BE MOVING TO ANOTHER HOTEL THIS AFTERNOON. I WILL BE HERE IN GHANA UNTIL 10TH AUGUST AS I HAVE MANY MEN WANTING MY SURGERY AT NYAHO AND OTHER PLACES.

WHY DO YOU NOT ACCEPT MY OFFER? I EXPECT THAT YOUR PENIS IS VERY SMALL. MOST OF THE MEN I HAVE EXAMINED IN YOUR COUNTRY HAVE VERY SMALL PENIS. HOWEVER YOU ARE NOT BEING POLITE BY REFUSING MY OFFER.

SINCE YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTING MY KINDNESS I AM THINKING THAT YOU ARE NOT A MAN WHO CAN BE TRUSTED IN A FINANCIAL TRANSACTION SUCH AS THIS.

PLEASE THINK AGAIN ABOUT THIS. I HAVE TOLD RAMIT OPAYA-BUTTE TO HOLD ALL COMMUNICATION WITH THE BANK UNTIL I HAVE HEARD GOOD NEWS FROM YOU.

Why am I stoppng you from your aim? What aim is this? You are not making any sense.

I have not said that I am God. Why are you talking such things?

I am trying to offer you a kindness. You are being very rude to me after all this time why?

Kwame, if your penis is very small, this can be made better. I think you are talking like this because you feel bad and sorry about your small penis. Kwame do not be worrying about that. Many men in Ghana have small penis and you are one of them. But I can help.

I am at Nyaho for two more days. Please tell me you will come.

In good faith as you are a man of God I will ask Ramit Opaya-Butte to send the details to the bank immediately. But you must let me help you with your small penis problem.

With best wishes and hope
