Below is a kind letter from Nigeria (probably) with a REALLY HONEST proposal for cooperation. It looks like a new type of letter: "You may have received spurious and bogus letters in this regard. But the truth of the matter is that this is totally and absolutely different."

The reason for this letter is that your help is being sought in order to facilitate and successfully complete this venture within a stipulated time frame, since the originators can not carry out the successful transaction and completion of this venture on their own due to the new anti-corruption bill which places a ban on civil servants, military and others from operating foreign account/transaction while in service. The originators of this project are military officers who are still in active service.

You may have recieved spurious and bogus letters in this regard. But the truth of the matter is that this is totally and absolutely different. You will also be expected to help/advise on the proper and most convenient way of investing this money, since the money can not be brought back in cash to the country of origin.
