Scam o Rama 23

This version of the letter invokes the name of the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) (which may or may not exist) instead of the Nigerian National Petroleum Fund. In other respects it's the usual fare. I wonder if Dada Bello is related to Kayode Bello (see #12) ? Usman Bello ( #14 and 15 ) or Bello Abubakar (#17) ? Or maybe Dada Bello is a name plucked from thin air? Or that of a senior Nigerian bureaucrat who would be annoyed to know about his "association" with this? Or the name of this particular scam artist's postman, who is pursuing his rounds, blissfully unaware of it all?

This fund was generated from over-invoicing of contracts executed by the PTF under our control and supervision. This fund is now ready to be remitted into any Account we put forward for that purpose.
