FORMS OF MONEY CODED FOR  SAFE PURPOSE BECAUSE THE NEW
HEAD OF STATE OF (DR) MR LAURENT  KABILA HAS MADE 
ARRANGEMENT WITH THE SWISS GOVERNMENT AND OTHER 
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES TO FREEZE ALL MY LATE HUSBAND'S 
TREASURES  DEPOSITED IN SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES. HENCE

MY CHILDREN AND I DECIDED LAYING LOW IN AFRICA TO 
STUDY THE SITUATION TILL  WHEN THINGS GETS BETTER, 
LIKE NOW THAT PRESIDENT KABILA IS DEAD AND THE SON 
TAKING OVER (JOSEPH KABILA). ONE OF MY LATE HUSBAND'S

calm down before I enter the outside world.Unfortunately since then I have been
down with different ailment arising from stress.Since my husbands chateaux in
France was confisticated by the DRC government I decided it was time to
redirect the deposited funds for security reasons.
Moreover information reaching me has indicted the DRC government as wanting to
keep tabs on us with a view to seizing whatever my late husband left
behind.Hence my contact to you requesting your full cooperation.

The funds in question is lodged in a safe deposit vault in London.My plan is to
have you contact my son as soon as he arrives London and both of you will
finalize the transaction.My son has a power of attorney to effect the release

unless they really knew the other person well. Normally "Estimado" or something like that would be used.
Anyway, I won't comment further here on the many errors in the Spanish below.

Dear Scamorama The lads are on the defensive about the fees. Obviously the idea of the Colonel providing a little "gentle persuasion" to the agent to get him to waive the fee has not found favour. By the way, while demurrage would normally accrue to a consignment not collected immediately from a port, a fee of £100 might be reasonable. £18,000 would be a right royal rip off even in England where everything is very expensive. I have a little experience of importing, and one consignment I dealt with weighed 210 kg and was stored at a port for three weeks, yet the demurrage was less than NZ$100 (about £30). I think the Colonle might have to have say something about this.
