This lad is taking orders from his buddies in Lagos, so he doesn't know the full story - making him an even easier target of abuse.) It took him a while to figure out who he was supposed to be. He had to be reminded of when he called me and what my name was supposed to be and what his name might be. Standard West African accent. He said he had the consignment. Then he said he didn't have the consignment. He said he'd be in Idaho on Monday. Then he said he'd need the $4500 then. We agreed I'd give that to him in Idaho. Then he said he'd need to pay DCS that money first. He had no idea where to send that payment. He has no email access. He wants to call me back when he figures out where the money goes. (After such phone calls, immediately send out your version of events since the Nigerian- based folks were not in on the call.)
