Dear Sir,
Please, this business proposal to you is strictlyconfidential,
with due respect. Sorry at thisperceived confusion or
stress you may have inreceiving this letter from me,
since we have not knownourselves or met previously.

Despite that, I amconstrained to write you this letter
because of theurgency of it. I am Mrs. Gloria Wemba,
the wife of late Gen. JohnsonWemba former ECOMOG (West
African peacekeeping force)commander who died in the
Sierra Leone civildisturbances (War). My son and I are
trapped inobnoxious custom traditional rites. We have
sufferedmaltreatment and untold hardship in the hands
of mylate husband’s family, simple because I did not
acceptmarring my late husband’s younger brother. By
tradition, all that my late husband had (wealth)will
belong to his brothers/family and I am to bemarried by
his immediate younger brother which Ibluntly refused.

They have taken all that I sufferedwith my husband to
acquire including treasures, housesand his bank
accounts closed by them. I wanted toescape to the
United State of America with my son onexile, but again
they conspired and stole myinternational passport and
other traveling documentsto further frustrate me.

Thank God, recently, I received Key Text Code
(KTC.),from a bank here in Abidjan, stating that my
latehusband deposited US$15.7 M (Fifteen Million
SevenHundred Thousand US Dollars) in their
confidenceaccount. It has therefore, becomes very
necessary andurgent to contact someone, a foreigner
like you tohelp me receive/secure these funds overseas
forinvestment on our behalf, while we find a way
ofgetting out to meet with you in your country. These
funds are kept on a CODE with the bank to
avoiddetection, seizure or diversion. I have had
severaltelephone discussions with the Director of
theInternational Remittance Department of the bank,
whohas express willingness to help me transfer this
moneyinto any account that I will provide, provided
that Iwill meet the bank transfer requirements. This
is whyI am contacting you to be my partner, to help
save meand my son, by receiving these funds on our
behalf. Myson and I have resolved to give you 10% of
the totalsum as commission for your assistance.

Please, you would need to give me sufficient
assurancethat if you help me, you would not divert the
funds. This is funds are what me and my son have got to
liveon. Please, as I am reposing my confidence in you,
Ihope you will not disappoint me in any way. If this
business interests you, please send me yourreply
urgently, so that I will forward you the contactof the
bank Director, for you to contact him and askhim the
possibility of transferring these funds intoyour
account on our behalf as the sole beneficiary. Iwill
need your telephone and fax numbers for now.
Immediately, we finish negotiation, I will requireyour
account detail later. I am looking forward toyour
urgent reply. Thank you and God bless you.

Best Personal Regards.
Mrs. Gloria Wemba.
