the flip-off! feb 16

Once again the Lads make the mistake of taking on the Foreign Office. This time her Ladyship takes a personal interest in the matter.
Lady Agatha's record number of Oaths of Allegiance taken from Lads caps a career comparable to that of Smiley, or Richard Hannay.

LADY AGATHA BRISTOL, CBE (of the Foreign Office)

and finally!
JAMES LAR - "legal advisor" to the South African government - who claims never to have visited Cape Town and certainly not any houses of ill repute

[We don't usually see South African names in extended correspondence. There are lots of Nigerian expatriate Lads living down South, though, and South Africans are getting into the act. See the link "Towards an understanding of West African criminal networks in Southern Africa" on the main page.]

FROM:MRS.JULIEN MAKEZELA.
54 MANDELA AVENUE STANTON
JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA
EMAIL;juma2050@hotmail.com

Dear,Director,

You may be surprised to receive this letter since you do not know me personally, but for the introduction, I am Mrs, JULIEN MAKEZELA. the wife of ENG. WILLIAMS MAKEZELA , who was recently murdered in the land dispute in Zimbabwe. I got your contact through the South African Information Exchange (S.A.I.E) here in South Africa and I decided to write for your assistance.

My late husband was among the few black Zimbabwean well-to-do farmers murdered in cold blood by supporters and agents of the ruling government of president Robert Mugabe for their alleged support and sympathy for the Zimbabwean opposition party controlled and sponsored by the whites minority. Before his death, he had took me to Johannesburg to deposit the sum of US$ 27.8 Million Dollars(TWENTY SEVEN MILLION EIGTH HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATE DOLLARS)with a security and finance company as if he knew the looming Danger about to happen in Zimbabwe.

The money was deposited in a box as treasures With security company to avoid the possibility of knowing that it was money and has an insured cover. This money was earmarked for the purchase of machinery?s and chemicals for his farms and the establishment of new farms in neighboring countries Malawi and Mozambique.

The land problem arose when President Robert Mugabe introduced a new land Reform Act that wholly affects all the well-to-do farmers most of them whites. Some few blacks vehemently condemned the system adopted by the government that resulted to rampant killing and mob actions by the war veterans some political supporters which hundred of people been killed. However, heads of government from the westernworld especially the Britain and the United States of America have voiced their condemnation of mugabe,s plans.consequent upon this, the Southern African Development Community (S.A.D.C)has continuously supported Mugabe?s new land reforms Acts.

It is against this back ground that I and my family who are currently residing in the Republic of South Africa have decided to transfer this amount out of South Africa into a foreign bank account.

As a widow, I am confronted with the responsibility of seeking a reliable and honest person or persons with genuine foreign bank account where this money could be transferred into without much taxation and problem of being defrauded. I am faced with the problem of investing this amount of money in the South Africa because my country and South Africa have almost the same political history. Moreso, the South African foreign policy on political asylums does not allow such investment since I am residing under such status(asylumseeker.)As a businessman whom I am going to entrust my future and that of my family in his hands,I must let you know that this transaction is 100% riskfree.

Therefore, if you accept to assist my family, and me, we are willing to offer you 30% of the total sum of your assistance, 65% will be for my family while 5% will be used for all expenses. If this proposal is accepted by you, please do reply by sending me with this my email address above as confidentiality of this transaction cannot be over emphasized .Kindly, send your phone number and fax number for easier communication and to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of this transaction. Thanks and God bless you.

BEST REGARDS

Please do get back to me as a matter of urgency.

Dear Mrs Makezela,

Thank you for your note.

I do hope that you are not casting aspersions on our trustworthiness. That would be most unfortunate, especially as a Mr. Mokoena* (do you know him?) rang me only this morning to discuss a scheme, something that I might add was suspiciously similiar to yours.

Mrs Makazlea, or Julien if I may, I do hate to ask this, but I do hope you are being totally honest with us.

We are preparing to fly out to the Colonies to meet you, but we will be more than happy to forget this whole business if that is what you prefer.

Do think about this and contact me when you are ready.

As ever,

LADY AGATHA

Date: Mon Feb 7, 2005

My dear Mrs. Makezela,

Thank you for your note. It is a pleasure to hear from you.

Unfortunately, a slight problem has arisen. While running routine background checks on Sir James, we found him to be rather unsavoury in some of his leisure activities.

Our records show that he is a regular in Madame Zaza's House of Pleasure in Cape Town, and that he opts for the Naughty Boys' Special every Tuesday, involving a transvestite prostitute called Amber and a Cocker Spaniel.

However, a gentleman must take his pleasure where he can.

Very well. Please ask Sir James to contact us immediately - we are very keen to get on with this before St. Richard's Day.

As ever,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

JAMES LAR

jameslar11@yahoo.com

FROM:SIR JAMES LAR,
A FROEIGN LEGAL
ADVISER,
JOHANNESBURG,
SOUTH AFRICA.

ATTN: Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London,

I am SIR JAMES LAR from UNITED KINGDOM and I have been residing in SOUTH AFRICA for ten years.I was asked to contact you by MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA from ZIMBABWEAN WHO IS PRESENTLY RESIDING IN SOUTH AFRICA with her family as an ASYLUM SEEKERS simple because of this fund.

I have been trying to contact you through your telephone number to discuss with you the totality of this transaction and how far I have gone to make sure that MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA and her family will not loss this fund, come what may.but is quite a pitty that your line wasn`t through, due to network problem.

Before I proceed, I will not forgot to say that you are wellcome and at the same I want to thank, for all your effort and aspectance to join hand with me to help this family in dire need of our help.It is my pleasure to say to you that I will do anything within my power to proof to you and MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA that I really want to help.

I meet MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA since MAY last year 2004 in the house of a friend who is a legal practitioner in JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA,So as God pleases,I over heard MRS JULIEN crying, begging my friend the ATTORNEY for help. SO I rush in and asked my friend what`s the problem and why this old woman is crying, my friend told me how MRS JULIEN came to live in South Africa with her family and the problem he have at hand. So I feel pitty so much and give my card to MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA demanding HER to meet me in my office the following day, if possible.

So when She meet me the following day I promised HER that I will help Her and her family out from this situation, if only SHE will find a foriegn partner who will help and also took me to the seurity company with the whole related documents, SHE agreed to do that and we proceed. So far so good this how I came to know HER and the reason why I believed HER,Is because I saw the security company myself and ask them some related question towards the said fund.

SO you have nothing to worry about, he told you the truth and nothing but the truth.

I been taking care of MRS JULIEN and his family since the day I meet her and I am also paying the domurages charges in the security company for the safe keeping of this fund, based on when this fund is transfer into your own country account, SHE will pay me back every dime that I spend towards the progress of her family and this transaction.

So do let me know when you are planning to fly down here in South Africa in respect of this transaction? Because I was speaking with the security company manager yesterday and he told me that the more we delay the more the charges in the security company goes high for the safe keeping of this fund.

So do get back to me as soon as possible, Because I want everything about this transaction to be concluded before this month runs out. I am spending so much for MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA and his family, I am taking about HOUSE RENT,DOMURAGE CHAREGES IN THE SECURITY COMPANY,HOSPITAL BILLS AND OTHER LITTLE EXPENDITURES.

Finally I will arrange for you a nice apartment in Johannesburg where you will be staying during your visit to South Africa. As I was told by MRS JULIEN that you will be coming down here as soon as possible.

And I will as well contact an Attorney who will draft an aggreement that will bind both of you together pending your arrival here in South Africa, he will also help us in a every legal aspect of this transaction.

Do get back to me immediately you recieve this mail and if you have a question for me towards this transaction, You are free to ask, to enable you understand this transaction clearly.

I will be waiting to hear from you as soon as possible.

Once again you are welcome.

my regards to all effort towards this transaction.

She told me everything and i am writing to tell you my own part of the story.

Since I came into this country South Africa i have never been to CAPE TOWN, I don`t knew any body by MADAM ZAZAS. infact I swear before God and man I am totally innocent in this allegation level againest me.

Date: Tue Feb 8, 2005

My dear Sir James,

Thank you for your note.

Now come on, old chap. We aren't casting aspersions over your good character (even if Lord Tossov described you as 'Sir James Liar more like'). As a Knight of Her Majesty's Realm, the only thing we would ask is that you are discreet.

To business, then.

We are ready to proceed with this complex transaction. Do we need to travel to meet you, or can we continue by e-mail?

By the way, which university did you go to? I read Law at Cambridge.

Yours ever,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

JAMES LAR

Dear Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

I recieved your mail and I am writing to say thanks for your full co-operation towards helping this family in very critical condition as refugees in South AFRICA

Yes according your question, You have to fly down here in South Africa to help MR MILLER MAKEZELA, the son of MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA to reclaim this fund that was deposited by their late Father in one security company here in South africa by changing the original name of the depositor to your own name as the born beneficiary of the said fund in the security company. And after that you will open a non-resident bank account with your full name which will seve as a channel through which this fund can be transfer from into your own country account.

So my dear, this is why your presence is highly needed in south africa.

Once again, I want to use opportunity to commend that, you are a Lwayer as you said, Infact from indication I can understand that you are what you said you are,I hope to meet you soon.

So according your question demanding the university I roll out from, All my dream as a young is to attend Cambridge as you deed, But it wasn`t as I dreamt of, SO I move to stay with one of my relatives in New Zealand, Where I completed my education as a Political science student in Otago University Dunedin South Island, New Zealand.

Do to the common relation between South Africa,Australia and New Zealand, I move from New Zealand to south africa where I have been staying now for ten years, I thank God for all his help and surpport to see me through all these agony I faced in my life as a poor child.

This is the reason why I told MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA that I will do anything within my power to proof my faithfulness that I really want to help.

Life is full of stories and when ever I remember how I suffered to became what I am today, It makes me feel very helpful to people in need.

I will be glad to see your arrival date in south africa here,In respect of this transaction to enable me go to the security company where this fund is been deposited presently to let them know that we will be coming in a short while to reclaim the consignment.

Thanks

My regards to your helpful hand in this situation.

Sir James Lar.

LADY AGATHA

Date: Wed Feb 9, 2005

Dear Sir James,

Thank you for your note. We are very pleased with the way things seem to be going, and are now making preparations to fly to the Colonies.

Please do arrange some suitable lodgings, old boy - you know what Her Majesty can be like.

When will you be requiring us to meet you? We can fly from our base in Bollockshire and can be with you at a few days' notice.

As ever,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

JULIEN MAKEZELA

Dear Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London,

How are you? together with your family I hope that this mail will find you in a good condition of health, I am writing to thank you for all your surpport and concern to help my family and I in this very transaction.

I recieved a call from SIR JAMES LAR yesterday night that you have contacted you and at the same time you have replied to his email, So I was more than happy to hear that from him.

So my dear sister, I will call you a very nice name, the day I see myself as a free person to have a full access to this fund, but for now I hold my comments. you are more than a sister to me and SIR JAMES LAR told me again this morning that you are qualify to be somebody`s partner,I asked him why and he told me from every indication he have taken you as a real person.

So my dear, what so ever that made him say that shows me that you are protecting our immage in this very transaction fully. And to tell you the truth I like that and I real appreciate all you are doing for us, I hope I will see your presence very soon here in South Africa.

Do always keep intouch with us on what is going on, because your words are medicine to somebody who is sick.

Thanks

My regards for your concern in this very transaction.

Yours SISTER

Mrs Julien Makezela.
(for the family).

LADY AGATHA

Date: Wed Feb 9, 2005

Dear Mrs. Makezela,

Thank you for your note.

Sir James has indeed persuaded us of his background, and we are making preparations to continue this transaction.

JAMES LAR

Dear Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London,

I recieved your mail with thanks and I have called MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA and HER FAMILY to let them know of the good news and at the same time to tell them that their days of agony as you promised them is coming to an end.

So they where very happy and I am delighted to see them in that form, since I knew them. It is (GOD WHO CREAT THE HEAVENS AND EARTH, WILL REWARD YOU FOR YOUR ALL KINDNESS TOWARDS THIS FAMILY).

SO I will reserve the best suitable lodgings in JOHANNESBURG FOR HER MAJESTY, AS

MY LORD PLEASES, So do not worry about that I knew what is good for HER MAJESTY. So on the issue of your arrival in South Africa, I need you people as soon as possible, Because my dream and promise to this family is to make sure that this fund will leave South Africa to your own country account immediately the transaction is completed where the will have a full access to this fund.

But the only problem now is that they are owing the security company where this fund is been presently deposited by her late husband before his death.

According to the TAX INVOICE SLIP MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA send to you, you will find out that they are paying

Monthly charges for the safe keeping of this fund($2,500.00 united state dollars) Outstanding charges: 11xUSD$2,500.00=USD$27,500.00
Demurrages=USD$250.00X10 =USD$2,500.00 Total outstanding =USD$30,000.00

So my dear, this is how much we have to pay to the security company to enable them release this fund to the any bank in south africa which we will use in transering this fund in HER MAJESTY`S account.

As I early told you that MRS JULIEN MAKEZELA and FAMILY don`t have anything then this fund we are talking about and they are still alive today is by my help and most grace that comes from GOD.So I want you to let HER MAJESTY know that this is how much that we need to pay to the security company.

Because,if we can arrange every thing pending your arrival in South Africa, This transaction will not last two to three working days to be concluded once you come down here.

So my dear, we are talking about this transaction today is because of this fund, and we need to settel the security company before they will release this fund to any bank of our choice here in south africa. So please this is where the help lays and let HER MAJESTY to understand that any expenses she made for the betterment of this transaction will be paid back to HER 5% of the total sum and 30% for HER assistance, which will be paid immediately this fund leave south africa to HER own norminated bank account in HER country.

I will be happy to hear from you as soon as possible to enable me meet with the security company and let them know that we will be coming to claim the consignment as soon as possible.

ONCE AGAIN YOU AE HIGHLY WELCOME IN JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA.

Thanks

My regards to your understanding.

Do help me talk to HER MAJESTY about this fees we need to pay to the security company to enable them release this fund to the bank that are in position to transfer it into HER MAJESTY`S ACCOUNT where we will have a full access to this fund.

Also let HER MAJESTY know that we will pay back as soon as we have access towards this fund, which will be when the whole transaction is completed.

Dear Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London,

I recieved your mail and all I can say is that if you are willing to help this family out from this misery, You are welcome to do that.

The reason why I told you this , is because you asked me to do a hotel reservation for you and I did it, which will be on 17th of this month. But the next day you told me that you are in Port Elizabeth, After two days now you told me that you people are in Durban, infact Her Majesty went to a nite club.

I can`t believe this stories, you even told me that you have been trying my own direct line that is open 24hrs but is not working.

My advise to you is that, if you really want to help this family of out of this very situation, Please do and also be careful. But if you can`t, simple leave the poor woman alone, and I promise you she will survive by special Grace of God.

I don`t use to write to you like these and I will never leave to see this woman crying heard I known, So that was the reason why I want you to be specific in dealing with me.

My line is open any time or any day, But let`s tell each other the truth.

Thanks

My regards to your family.

SIR JAMES LAR.

Dear Sir James,

Thank you for your note. Really, these accusations are most unbecoming of a Knight of the Realm.

Her Royal Highness is a young woman, and we have to accede to her demands, hence the delay. You should know that, as a man in your position.

However, we are prepared to put this aside. We have checked into the hotel and we shall meet you at seven o'clock this evening for cocktails in the restaurant.

God help you.

As ever,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

My dear 419 mugu,

We shall not be calling you, or your alter ego "Mrs Makezela" - perhaps you have issues with your sexuality as well as having an imaginary mugu friend. I suppose cretinous 419ers like you can't have many real friends - probably due to your revolting BO from spending too much time in the internet café.

Did you really think, even in your tiny, moronic, greedy little mind that we would actually be taken in by scum like you and your pathetic attempt at a 419 con?

Malcontents like you deserve to have your time wasted, as we have so enjoyed doing over these past few weeks. In fact, our correspondence has been posted on www.scamorama.com - so I hope you enjoy it, my little mugu.

You may change ISP - but we'll get you, in a different guise.

And the authorities have been alerted to your malignant presence - so look forward to making some new friends soon, you moron.

Congratulations, genius - you've been given the full treatment by The Special Operations Department.

As ever,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations
